When is the deadline to order?

- The deadline to order is Saturday by 7pm.

When will I receive my order?

- Orders are delivered on Monday

How long do the meals last?

- Meals last 6-7 days, they are cooked to the right temperature to ensure they will not be overcooked when reheated in the microwave.

Can I make meal modifications?

- Yes, we take custom orders for a small fee of $2 per meal.

How is my food packed?

- Every meal is individually packaged in a meal prep container and delivered to you with your other meals in a delivery bag.

How are the macronutrients calculated?

- Every meal is weighed specifically to ensure that protein, carbohydrates, and fats match the label.

What if I'm not home when you deliver?

- Deliveries will be expected to deliver between 4 and 9pm on Monday. You will receive a notification with an ETA hours prior to delivery and again when the driver is close by. If you know you won't be home during those times, please reach out to us via text message so we can arrange a better place or time to deliver!
